The Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) division is staffed and managed by a skilled and experienced team of engineers and technicians.
All aspects of MEP work are covered; from estimation, technical support, drafting, design support, preparation of shop drawings, subcontracting and purchasing
Additionally there is a full staff of highly qualified site personnel, including foreman, charge hands and tradesmen, including electricians, plumbers, pipe fitters, ducts men AC technicians and all necessary workshop personnel.
Having a fully operational and independent MEP division allows Shine Concept to execute MEP works on its projects with full control and without the need for MEP subcontractors, thereby avoiding delays and extra expenses, whilst ensuring the highest quality workmanship. As well, this division functions as an independent subcontractor for MEP works on other jobs, even those not led by Shine Concept.
